The role of IT isn’t disappearing. Its value is shifting.
Join Wipfli for a focused session on IT trends impacting financial institutions.
In this session, we’ll explore the technology that’s changing the value of IT professionals and how they can spend less time keeping technology running and more time helping decide where it can make a difference.
This session is designed for compliance officers, IT managers, information security officers, IT auditors and operations managers who work in financial institutions. Wipfli’s Digital Services team will deliver a 45-minute presentation, followed by a Q&A.
Agenda
Recognize how AI, automation, cloud services, and outsourcing are shifting where IT professionals create value.
Distinguish between technology work that is becoming increasingly commoditized and capabilities that are growing in strategic importance.
Identify the technical, business, and human capabilities needed to evolve from technology operator to strategic business partner.
Explore how IT professionals can use AI and automation to elevate their contribution rather than simply protect existing work.
Reframe technology from a cost center to an investment that can enable productivity, manage risk, accelerate growth, and create business value.
Identify practical actions IT professionals and leaders can take now to prepare for the future of IT.
